- Data Zone / Regional deployments are ~10% above Global Standard for the meters checked (e.g. DeepSeek-R1 $1.35 vs $1.485/M input). Retail API meters are mostly per 1K tokens; converted x1000. Several partner families (Grok, Kimi, DeepSeek V4, GLM via Fireworks) sold first-party by Azure. Qwen only listed as fine-tuning SKUs. gpt-oss-20b has no serverless meter.
